Best advice to never have a heart attack (or another one)

According to the American Heart Association (AHA), coronary heart disease (CHD) is the single leading cause of death in America. CHD causes heart attacks and angina (chest pain). These CHD statistics are directly from the AHA website:

* Mortality — 451,326 deaths in the United States in 2004 (one of every five deaths).
* Incidence — 1,200,000 new and recurrent coronary attacks per year. (National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute's Atherosclerotic Risk in Communities [ARIC] Study and Cardiovascular Health Study (CHS). About 38 percent of people who experience a coronary attack in a given year die from it.

Living the American way and eating the standard American diet (SAD), you may just wind up as one these AHA statistics someday.

There are several things you can do to significantly reduce your risk of ever having a heart attack:

1. Eat only plant foods, i.e. vegetables, beans, whole grains, and fruits.

2. Consume no visible fat or obvious fat. Be stringent or even eliminate oils.

3. Do not eat dairy products, not even fat-free varieties.

4. Eat an abundance of colorful vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and beans.

5. Exercise

6. Reduce the stress level in your life and practice stress management.

There's Something's Fishy About Seafood!

“It is unthinkable that fish do not have pain receptors. They need them in order to survive...”
––Professor Frank Hird, Melbourne University

Fish suffer greatly when caught and killed for their flesh. Whether caught by hook or net, fish experience fear—as evidenced by increased heart and breathing rates—just as humans do.

IT’S CRUEL!!!!

Fish, along with unintentional victims, including dolphins, birds, and turtles, are captured in huge trawlers’ nets, squeezed for hours along with any netted rocks and debris. Dragged from the ocean depths, fish undergo excruciating decompression, often the intense internal pressure ruptures their swimbladder, pops out their eyes, and pushes their stomach through their mouth. Then they’re tossed onboard where many slowly suffocate or are crushed to death. Factory-farmed fish are subjected to intensive crowding and unnatural conditions, which Others are still alive when their throats and bellies are cut open.spread infection and parasites. So fish farmers use antibiotics and hormones to make fish fatter faster.

IT’S UNHEALTHY!!!
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 325,000 people get sick and some die every year in the U.S. from eating contaminated seafood.
